High-pressure Homogenizer
Product Overview:
High Pressure Homogenizer is a homogenization and emulsification equipment for fluid mixtures (liquid-liquid or liquid-solid phases). It is extensively applied in production, scientific research and technological development in fields such as food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, fine chemical and biotechnology industries.
Working Principle:
It is mainly composed of a cabinet assembly, a pump assembly, a homogenizing assembly, a pressure display unit and other components. Driven by the motor through a V-belt, the drive shaft operates and further drives the plunger to conduct reciprocating motion via the connecting rod and slider mechanism. This allows the feed liquid in the pump to be continuously sucked in and discharged, generating extremely high pressure on the material. Under the combined action of shearing and grinding, high-intensity impact, pressure release and expansion, the feed liquid is effectively refined and mixed. The equipment boasts a novel structure, simple operation, convenient maintenance, safety and reliability.
When homogenizing materials such as milk, soy milk and other dairy products under high pressure, the high-pressure homogenizer can significantly refine the fat globules in the dairy liquid. This makes the finished products easier to digest and absorb after consumption, thereby improving their nutritional value.In the production of ice cream and other products, it can enhance the fineness and porosity of the feed liquid, remarkably elevating their internal quality. For the manufacturing of emulsions, colloids, fruit juices and other materials, it can prevent or reduce feed liquid stratification and improve the appearance of the liquid, delivering a brighter color, richer fragrance and mellower taste.After being refined by this equipment, the feed liquid can be made into powder products through spray drying equipment, making this machine a core equipment in powder production.
