Product Description:

 

Our PUR hot melt adhesive is a high-quality adhesive designed for use in edge banding applications. Made from the finest raw materials and manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility in China, this adhesive offers excellent bonding strength, fast curing times, and superior resistance to moisture and temperature.

 

Technical Data:

  • - Polyurethane PUR hot melt adhesive
  • - Color: White
  • - Solid content: 100%
  • - Viscosity: 40,00-50,000 mPa.s (90°C Brookfield viscometer)
  • - Softening point: 90-110°C
  • - Setting time: 3-5 seconds
  • - Open time: 10-20 seconds
  • - Shelf life: 12 months from production date
  • - Packaging: 200KG drum

Application Information:

  • - Application temperature: 130-160°C
  • - Applicable materials: PVC, ABS, acrylic, melamine, edge banding tape, and other materials used in the furniture industry
  • - Application equipment: hot melt edge banding machine, PUR glue dispenser, or other hot melt adhesive application equipment
  • - Pre-conditioning of the material may be necessary depending on the environment and application.
