Machine Description
The 3-axis glue dispensing robot is a specialized automation solution designed for precision adhesive applications in LED wall-washers and linear lighting assemblies. This system integrates XYZ-axis linear motion control to enable accurate glue deposition along complex linear or curved paths, ensuring uniform encapsulation of LED modules and electronic components. Speacially for wall-washer housing and glass cover bonding process. This 3 axis glue dispensing robot can glue for perfect straight line or rectangular glue path.
These robots feature high-resolution servo motors and tactile feedback mechanisms that maintain ±0.1mm positional accuracy, essential for delicate optical component assembly. The programmable logic controller allows customized dispensing patterns, including continuous beads and intermittent dots, adapting to diverse LED housing geometries.
Specifically optimized for LED wall-washer manufacturing, the machine accommodates multi-point simultaneous dispensing through modular nozzle configurations, reducing cycle times by 40% compared to manual operations.
The compact three-axis design allows seamless integration into existing production lines, with optional fourth-axis rotary tables available for cylindrical lighting fixtures.
