2X2 back-lit panel multi-heads glue dispensing robot with high capacity
Machine Description
this automatic glue dispensing robot is speacially deisgned for back-lit panel light. Put the panel light on the platform by the designed fixture, the gluing nozzle move as programmed in straight line, then the glue will be applied on the panel board perfectly. Engineered to address the problem of low efficiency by manual applying a few lines silicone glue on the panel housing. With six or more dispensing heads, this glue dispensing robot can glue for six glue lines at one time which means finishing one piece panel light gluing for only a few seconds. Compared to manual glue applying, it shortens the operation time required obviously. GDS can also add or reduce numbers of glue dispensing robots dispensing heads based on customer's requirement.
