Machine Description
LED street is typical outdoor lights which requirs high IP degree like IP67 or above due to its working enviroment. The process of manufacturing include an important part which is bonding the glass cover and housing, and also some models requires glue bonding for LED driver and PCB. The exact glue application area depends on different light manufacturer. GDS Glue dispensing robot is an economical but very practical tool to address the issue of applying glue on LED street light in fast and accurate way. The worker just needs to put the workpiece on the platform and make a movement programme accordingly. Then glue dispensing robot will automatically move and dispense glue on the street light. Greatly improve work efficiency and save labor cost. This glue dispensing robot is with big working range, which means it can fit for most size street light. For small size one, a few more products can be arranged at the platform at one time, keep the machine working in cycle.
