Steel fibers can be made of steel wire, glass fiber,Polyethyleneor stainless steel wire.Then tensile strength ranges from 1000Mpa to 2850Mpa.

 

Adopting steel fibers into the concrete mix provide new mechanical properties. The fibers can be included as a substitute for the common steel reinforcement, or as a complement, or for a better performance for strain that the common reinforcement can't absorb

 

Specifications of Waved Steel Fiber:

  • Diameter: 0.5 to 1.0mm.
  • Length: 25 to 60mm.
  • Aspect Radio: ≥42.
  • Material: Low carbon steel; cold-drawn.
  • Tensile strength: more than 1100MPa.
