HF3000 electronic buoy system primarily consists of two parts: an intelligent current meter and an intelligent management platform. The intelligent current meter integrates modules such as a high-precision positioning board, a GNSS antenna, a 4G module, a solar power supply system, and an intelligent retrieval system. It utilizes GNSS positioning technology to obtain real-time information about the current meter's location, time, flow rate, and flow direction. This information is uploaded to the designated management platform through the internal 4G module. Through the management platform, users can view the specific conditions of each current meter at different locations, as well as the flow rate and direction of each river during different time periods.

This system plays a significant role in fields such as hydrological surveying, water resource management, flood warning and prevention, and river ecology research.
