The Double Roller Press Granulator operates on an extrusion model, where the process is driven by a belt and pulley mechanism powered by electric motors. The driving shaft passes through a reducer, and works in synchronization with the gear and opposite driven shaft. The material is fed into the machine through a hopper, and undergoes roll extrusion to form round, compact granules. These granules are then separated by a breaking screen, resulting in evenly shaped oval granules.
