Animal dung dewatering machine is also called dry and wet separator or solid and liquid separator. Except being the animal dung processing equipment, it can also be used to separate slag and liquid for high concentration organic wastewater, such as vinasse, dregs of decoction, starchy residue, sauce residue, eat hutch garbage, slaughterhouse, etc. This machine is small in size, easy to operate, convenient to install and maintain, most important is fast return on investment.
It separates the moisture and the animal manure by screw extruding extrusion technology.
First, When the cutting feed pump pushs the animal manure to the screw dewatering machine through the pipeline, the dewatering machine start to work.
The screw gradually pushes the animal manure to the front of the body. And at the same time, increases the pressure, forcing the moisture in the raw material to squeeze out from Mesh screen, flowing out of the drain pipe.
In order to grasp the discharging speed and moisture , the adjusting device in front of the main machine can be adjusted to achieve your requiremnet.
The machine receives the material to be separated and conveys it using the screw conveyor inside the separator casing. The liquid phase is separated through the mesh of the cylindrical screen which encloses the screw conveyor. Along its path toward the exit, the material gradually separates progressively the less linked liquid and then the more strongly linked liquid until a plug of almost dry material has formed before the outlet. The plug is continuously expelled through the outlet diaphragm.The machine will automatically find its balance of squeezing force depending on the material. Consequently, it can be used for a wide range of materials without the need for any manual adjustments
