Working principle
1. The machine has a uniform granulation, the rate of finished products can reach more than 95%.
2. Because of the particularity of the thickness of material fiber, the rotary drum granulator has low ball forming rate, and the spiral teeth granulator can not produce materials with a nitrogen content of more than 8% (easy to stick to the wall).
3. This granulator overcomes the shortcomings of both. It can not only produce organic fertilizer, but also produce organic or inorganic mixed fertilizer., is indeed a low energy consumption and high quality granulating equipment.
4. The disc is welded with thickened carbon steel plate, its supporting equipment includes tug parts, tugs, transmission parts, wind heads and wind tails etc.
5. The machine is firm and durable, never shape changed. Together with the solid base design, it makes it run more smoothly.
