The Production Process Flow (Step-by-Step)
Raw Material Preparation: Raw bentonite is pulverized into a fine 200-mesh powder to ensure maximum bonding strength.
Precise Mixing: A horizontal double-shaft mixer blends the clay with deodorizing agents or clumping enhancers.
Disc Granulation (Core Stage): Material enters the automatic disc granulator. A fine liquid mist is sprayed, and through centrifugal rolling, uniform spherical granules are formed.
Rotary Drying: The wet pellets are conveyed to a rotary drum dryer to reach the ideal moisture level for structural integrity.
