In industrial mineral processing and compound fertilizer manufacturing, processing abrasive mineral powders into high-density granules without thermal drying is a key operational objective. The 5 T/H Double Roller Extrusion Granulator Line for Minerals is engineered specifically as a continuous, high-capacity dry pelleting system. Operating entirely at room temperature, this line processes up to 5 tons per hour of fine mineral powders—such as potassium chloride, ammonium sulfate, bentonite, phosphate, and calcium carbonate—into uniform, high-strength spherical or oblate granules without adding water or liquid binders.
This complete engineering line integrates a raw material batching and mixing unit, a heavy-duty double-roller press granulator, a rotary screening machine, a bucket elevator recycling system, and a semi-automatic packing unit. Through intense mechanical pressure generated by two synchronized counter-rotating alloy rollers, loose mineral powders are compressed into dense sheets before being crushed and classified into targeted particle sizes. Oversized and undersized materials are automatically routed back for re-extrusion, achieving a closed-loop, zero-waste process. As a dedicated factory supplier, Gofine Machine builds each line with wear-resistant alloy press rollers and automated PLC controls, delivering low energy consumption and 24/7 continuous operational reliability.
