Manual Locking System Utilizes a mechanical lever-locking mechanism, enabling rapid connection between tool and robot sides via manual rotation operation. Built-in anti-mishandling design prevents accidental unlocking.
Modular Media Integration Supports 4 pneumatic channels and 9-pin signal interface (optional QCSM-9R1/G1 signal modules), allowing simultaneous transmission of power and control signals. Compatible with suction cups, grippers, inspection probes, etc., significantly reducing production line changeover time.
Lightweight & Durability Weighing only 0.35kg on the robot side and 0.12kg on the tool side, it employs high-strength aluminum alloy to reduce robotic arm load while maintaining structural rigidity. Anodized surface treatment enhances corrosion resistance.
