2. Features
Fast Curing Speed: Typically forms a surface skin within 15 to 30 minutes under normal temperature and humidity conditions, and achieves full curing within 24 to 48 hours, significantly shortening the construction cycle.
Superior Flexibility: After curing, it maintains a high elongation rate (usually over 300%), which can adapt to the slight deformation of the bonded substrates caused by temperature changes or structural movement, avoiding cracking of the sealant layer.
Excellent Chemical Resistance: It has good resistance to common chemicals in daily and construction environments, such as weak acids, weak alkalis, and most organic solvents, ensuring long-term service life.
Transparent or Colorful Options: Available in transparent, white, gray, and other colors, which can match different substrate colors and meet the aesthetic requirements of various decoration scenarios.
Easy Application: It has a moderate viscosity, which is convenient for extrusion and shaping with a glue gun, and can be smoothed with a tool to form a neat sealant surface.
3. Applications
3.1 Construction and Decoration
Sealing of glass curtain walls and glass doors/windows: Used for bonding and sealing the gaps between glass panels and aluminum frames, ensuring water tightness and air tightness.
Interior decoration: Sealing the joints of ceramic tiles in kitchens and bathrooms, the gaps around bathtubs and sinks, and the seams of wooden doors and windows to prevent water penetration and mold growth.
Exterior wall decoration: Sealing the gaps between exterior wall tiles, stone materials, and decorative panels, resisting wind and rain erosion and improving the thermal insulation performance of the building.
