1. Characteristics

It is primarily designed for use in non-structural sealing scenarios including indoor and outdoor glass installation, window and door edge sealing, bathroom and kitchen gap filling, and decorative panel bonding, where it effectively prevents water infiltration, resists air leakage, and absorbs slight thermal expansion and contraction of materials. The application method is straightforward: first, ensure the bonding surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, and debris; then cut the nozzle of the sealant tube at a 45-degree angle according to the required gap size, load the tube into a sealant gun, and extrude the sealant evenly into the gap, ensuring full filling without air bubbles; finally, smooth the surface with a tool dipped in soapy water within 5-10 minutes to achieve a neat appearance, and allow it to cure naturally for 24 hours (the full curing time may extend to 3-7 days depending on temperature and humidity conditions).
2. Applications
- Architectural Glazing: Sealing the gaps between glass panes and aluminum frames in curtain walls, glass doors, and windows, providing reliable weather resistance.
- Interior Decoration: Filling gaps around bathroom fixtures (such as sinks, bathtubs, and toilets), kitchen countertops, and ceramic tile joints to prevent water seepage and mold growth.
- Home Maintenance: Sealing cracks in window sills, door frames, and exterior wall claddings, as well as bonding and sealing decorative elements like mirror frames and plastic trims.
- Electrical and Electronic Industry: Sealing the joints of electrical enclosures, lighting fixtures, and small electronic devices to provide dustproof and moistureproof protection (for non-high-temperature and non-high-voltage applications).
- Automotive and Marine: Sealing minor gaps in automotive window edges, sunroofs, and marine cabin components (suitable for non-oil-contaminated surfaces).
