Product Features:

• Room-temperature curing, high strength. It has a relatively high bonding strength, capable of providing reliable

• anchoring force, tightly combining the rebar with the base material as if it were pre-embedded.

• Strong adhesion: It has good adhesion performance to materials such as rebar and concrete.

• Good durability: It has excellent anti-aging, acid and alkali resistance, water resistance and other properties, and

• can maintain stable performance for a long time under various environmental conditions.

• Low shrinkage during hardening: It can reduce problems such as hollowing or cracks caused by colloid shrinkage.

• Excellent toughness and impact resistance: After curing, it has good toughness and can withstand certain impacts and vibrations.

• Wide glue-mixing ratio: The glue-mixing ratio of components A and B is wide, facilitating on-site operation and adjustment.

• Good temperature resistance: Some rebar-planting adhesives have good heat resistance and can be welded after rebar embedding.

Usage Method:

• Drilling - Drill holes at the positions where rebar is to be implanted according to the design requirements using an
•  
• electric drill.

• Hole cleaning - Use a brush or blower to remove dust and debris from the holes, then wipe the hole walls with
•  
• or alcohol to ensure the holes are clean and dry.
•  

• Rebar treatment - Use a wire brush to remove rust and oil stains from the rebar surface, and wipe it clean with
•  
• or alcohol.
•  

• Glue-mixing - Mix the glue liquids of components A and B in accordance with the proportion specified in the rebar-
•  
• planting glue product manual, and stir evenly.

•  
• Glue injection - Inject the well-stirred rebar-planting glue into the holes using a glue injector or syringe. Generally,
•  
• the glue injection volume should reach about 2/3 of the hole depth.
•  

• Implant rebar - Insert the treated rebar quickly into the hole, rotate the rebar in a certain direction to evenly distribute
•  
• the glue liquid and expel the air from the hole.

• Curing and maintenance - According to the curing time of the rebar-planting glue, avoid disturbing the rebar during
•  
• the curing period. Under normal temperature, it usually takes several hours to several days to fully cure.
