Prepare the Surface: Drill holes in the concrete at the designated locations with the appropriate diameter and depth. Clean the holes thoroughly using an air compressor or brush to remove dust, debris, and moisture.
Inspect and Prepare Rebars: Check rebars for rust, dirt, or other contaminants, and clean them if necessary. Cut rebars to the required length.
Load the Adhesive: Fill the injection gun with the epoxy rebar anchoring adhesive, ensuring proper alignment of the cartridge.
Inject the Adhesive: Insert the nozzle of the injection gun into the bottom of the drilled hole and slowly inject the adhesive, filling about two-thirds of the hole's depth. Withdraw the gun slowly while continuing to inject to avoid air pockets.
Insert the Rebar: Immediately insert the prepared rebar into the adhesive-filled hole, rotating it gently to ensure full coverage. Push the rebar until it reaches the desired depth.
Curing and Inspection: Allow the adhesive to cure according to the manufacturer's specified time and temperature conditions. Once cured, visually inspect the installation for any signs of improper bonding or voids. Avoid subjecting the bonded area to stress until the adhesive has fully cure.
