2. Speed Limiter Requirement

The speed limiter function or the speed limiter device shall allow normal accelerator control for the purpose of gear changing;
The road speed limiting device shall have in built features that allow functionality checks and shall have special inspection devices for this purpose to facilitate the checking when the vehicle is not in motion;
The speed limiter function shall be obtained once the vehicle speed reaches the set maximum speed regardless of the position action on the accelerator a driver may apply;
Speed limiter devices shall be so constructed that the vehicle may not be accelerated by the operation of the acceleration devices, such as the accelerator pedal, when the vehicle is running at its set speed;
The speed limiter function shall be independent of the condition or soundness of the speedometer;
Speed limiter device shall have geo-fence management feature.
The input speed signal shall be obtained from global navigating system (GNS) or speedometer vehicle speed signal or a converted speed signal from vehicle gearbox or from other separately installed sensor as deemed appropriate

Positioning and Tracking: Through the on-line Positioning Platform or the cell phone to locates at times, and get the working status. You can choose the Positioning Platform by yourself.
Remote controlling oil and circuit: you can control the oil and circuit via the unit by SMS in anywhere and anytime.
Remote Monitoring: In anywhere and anytime, call the phone number in the unit, when it connects, you can monitor the sound around 5 meter.
Overspeed Alert: Send SMS to the unit to start the movement alert function. When the vehicle is overspeed, the unit will send the overspeed alert to all authorized numbers.
Geo-fence: Set up a geo-fence for the unit to restrict its movements within a district. The unit will send the message to all authorized numbers when it breaches the district.
