For this FC to MPO device, you can precisely specify slow axis alignment (default) or fast axis alignment; on the MPO side, we support customized specific polarity mapping rules (Polarity Type A/B/C) and channel allocation. Furthermore, non-standard operating wavelengths, specific cable lengths, and high-precision FC/APC structures with narrow keys can all be quickly prototyped and mass-produced strictly according to your system schematics.
2. How do you control lead times and production scheduling for large-scale bulk orders from system equipment vendors?
The coupling and testing cycle for MPO polarization-maintaining devices is relatively long, but we have a high-capacity, highly automated precision passive device packaging production line. For standard-specification FC-MPO dual-group polarization-maintaining splitters, samples and small-batch orders can typically complete rigorous testing and be delivered within 1-2 weeks; for large-scale coherent communication or sensing infrastructure orders, the standard lead time is strictly controlled within 3-4 weeks.
