1. Product Overview

This 1550nm single-mode FBT coupler module is constructed by cascading 1×2 (5/95), 1×2 (50/50), and 2×2 (50/50) couplers. It utilizes G.657A1 single-mode fiber and features precise control over the differential length between the two optical paths. 

2. Product Features
 
  • Utilizes a three-stage FBT coupling structure: 1×2 5/95, 1×2 50/50, and 2×2 50/50
  • Operating wavelength of 1550 nm; suitable for standard single-mode optical communication systems
  • Uses G657A1 bend-insensitive single-mode fiber, facilitating compact routing and module packaging
  • 5/95 coupler used for power distribution between the main optical path and the sampling path
  • Critical optical path difference controlled at Path 1 – Path 2 = 10.0 ± 1.0 mm
  • Total fiber length of the module is approximately 2 m; lengths L1–L5 can be adjusted based on specific splicing and optical path requirements
  • Input fiber length: 300 ± 20 mm
  • OUT-1 output fiber length: 400 ± 20 mm
  • OUT-2 and OUT-3 output fiber lengths: 120 ± 20 mm
  • Housed in an 80×58×8 mm ABS box package for easy internal equipment installation
  • Equipped with 0.9 mm yellow, white, and red color-coded loose tubes for easy port identification
  • FC/APC connectors installed on the input and all output ports
  • Customization available for fiber length, coupling ratio, connectors, and packaging format
