The T2/R98 WDM Reflective Assembly is designed for broadband optical reflection and low-ratio signal transmission across the 1250–1650 nm wavelength range. It transmits approximately 2% of the optical signal while reflecting approximately 98%, making it suitable for optical signal monitoring, feedback, sensing, and customized passive optical assemblies.

4. FAQ
Q1: What does the T2/R98 ratio mean?
T2/R98 indicates that approximately 2% of the optical signal is transmitted while approximately 98% is reflected. The reflected path serves as the primary optical path, while the transmitted signal can be used for monitoring, detection, or feedback.
Q2: Is the glass tube permanently fixed to the optical assembly?
No. According to the specified configuration, the assembly is inserted into an OD 2.78 * ID 1.81 * L6 mm glass tube without permanent fixation. The final length and assembly configuration follow the customer-supplied glass tube, dual-fiber component, and lens.
