1. Product Overview

This product is a single-fiber ceramic ferrule optical fiber assembly, operating at wavelengths from 1260 to 1350 nm. It uses Corning LBL φ0.35 white nylon fiber with an 8° end-face design and an AR anti-reflection coating.

2. Core Product Features
Single-Fiber Precision Structure Design

Utilizing a single-fiber structure, the ceramic ferrule has an outer diameter of φ1.0±0.005 mm and a length of 2.10 mm, resulting in a compact structure suitable for miniaturized optical device integration.

O-Band Operating Wavelength

Operating wavelength range of 1260–1350 nm, meeting the requirements of O-band optical communication, optical modules, and optical device coupling applications.

AR Anti-Reflection Coating Treatment

The end-face is coated with AR coating, achieving a reflectivity R < 0.2% in the 1260–1620 nm range, helping to reduce end-face reflection and improve coupling efficiency.

High Return Loss Performance

Return loss RL > 60 dB, effectively suppressing the impact of reflected light on the system and improving optical link stability.

High-Quality Endfaces and Reliable Materials

The fiber endface polishing quality is 0/0 in the core and 20/10 in the remaining areas. Corning LBL φ0.35 white nylon fiber is used, with a fiber length >300 mm, meeting RoHS requirements.
