Process Flow Overview

    Wet grain is lifted to the tower top by bucket elevator → grain distribution device spreads evenly → concurrent-flow drying section (high-temp rapid moisture removal) → counter-flow drying section (medium-temp deep drying) → tempering section (moisture equalization, reduce cracking) → cooling section (cool to safe temperature) → continuous discharge → online moisture detection → qualified grain out to storage.

4,Low-Temp Quality Protection--The grain temperature is strictly controlled at ≤55°C. Equipped with tempering process, the incremental broken grain rate is less than 0.5%.--In rice processing, approximately 50 tons of head rice can be additionally obtained from every 10,000 tons of paddy, which directly boosts economic profits.

5,Indirect Heating, No Pollution--Flue gas is completely isolated from grains. Adopting an all-steel tubular heat exchanger, the generated hot air is clean and odor-free.--The dried grains are safe and hygienic, complying with food-grade standards, and suitable for both processing grains and seed grains.

6,Multi-Fuel Compatible--It supports five heat sources: coal, fuel oil, natural gas, biomass (straw and rice husk), and steam.--Users can flexibly select the most cost-effective fuel according to local energy prices. 7,PLC Full Automatic Control--It adopts touch screen operation, which can automatically monitor moisture content, temperature and material level, and supports remote monitoring and mobile APP control.--A single operator can monitor multiple drying lines simultaneously, reducing labor costs by more than 80%.
