Product Overview

   Wangu Steel Grain Silo is a vertical steel storage system designed for safe grain storage, manufactured with hot-dip galvanized corrugated steel sheet and bolted assembly structure. Two series: Cone Bottom Silo (dia. 4.6-12.8m, 8 diameter options, 20-2715t capacity) and Flat Bottom Silo (dia. 10-22m, 800-10000t capacity). From small farm bins to national reserve silos — one series covers all.

   Core Technology: Hot-Dip Galvanized + Corrugated Sheet + Bolted Assembly. Wall panels are roll-formed into corrugated sheets for structural strength and wind resistance. Hot-dip galvanized layer >=350g/m2 ensures 25+ year anti-corrosion life — far exceeding the 3-5 year life of ordinary carbon steel silos. Panels are connected by high-strength bolts with spherical waterproof washers and aviation-grade rubber seals — zero rain leakage, zero fumigation gas leak. Full bolted assembly means the silo is relocatable — disassemble, move, and reassemble at a new site.

   Why Wangu silo? The core  points of grain storage are "heating/spoilage" and "rain leakage" — solve these two and grain stays safe for 6-12 months.
