7) The inner heat exhaust air duct is automatically cleaned by air flow, grain dust is discharged with the grain, not stored in qir duct.
8) According to the level of misture and the customer's drying needs, set multistage drying temperature automatically, to achieve uniform, energy saving, fast drying.
9) The most durable axis and blades with reforcement in industry, combines with the control by frequency conversion type allocating axis.
WORKING PRINCIPLE OF PADDY DRYER
It adopts rotary heating device, it can output enough hot air in a short time and dry the grains which is passing through.
It also adopts digitization control and instrumentation to control drying box’s temperature to avoid appearing discoloring and metamorphic phenomenon.
Drying cabinet is made of metal aluminum plate and silica gel cotton insulation layer to reduce energy consumption effectively.
Cyclotron system can reach the purpose of air circulation, humidification and heating in the drying box
