About Paddy Dryer :
Grain dryer is an ideal drying equipment for drying various grain. It can be used in one machine. Grains such as rice, rapeseed, soybeans, wheat, corn, peanuts, etc., can be dried on the same equipment to meet different grain seasons. It can be used for the drying of feed grain, commercial grain and seed grain, so as to improve the utilization rate and reduce the idle time of the equipment. Paddy Dryer Machine Working Principle :
1. Paddy Loading
The Paddy is raised to the top of the main engine silo through the hoist, and the grain is put into the drying box through the agitating device until it is full.
2. Running:
The elevator is running all the time. When the Paddy reaches the bottom under the action of self-weight, the elevator raises the Paddy to the top and dries slowly from top to bottom
3. Drying:
The hot air passes through the drying layer horizontally. The grain is fully contacted with the drying layer after heating, and achieved drying effect.
