Brief Introduction Of Grain Dryer :
1. A wide range of adaptations. The PGD series dryer adopts low temperature, mixed flow, frequency conversion and other technologies to dry, and is suitable for drying rice, wheat, corn, sorghum, soybean, sunflower seed, millet, rapeseed and other crops and grain seeds.
2. Power is small. The total power of PGD series low temperature dryer is 9.5KW. It can be used with general household
electricity and is easy to install.
3. The reduction of the humidity is fast and the broken rate is low. The 5HXG mixed-flow dryer optimizes the design of the
cross-section size and the length of the drying angle and changes the direction of grain movement, so that the grain is turned down in an S shape in the 2.7-meter-high drying layer (the grain is heated evenly) to extend the grain downward line distance above 5.5 meters, the grains will be heated for a long time under low temperature in the drying layer, the working efficiency is high.
4. The machine has a long service life. The main components of the dryer are thickened plates and stainless steel (stainless steel is wear-resistant, smooth, and grains flow smoothly). The paint surface of the dryer adopts electrostatic spray paint baking process (more than 5 times the life of general spray paint).
Paddy Dryer Machine Working Principle :
1. Paddy Loading
The Paddy is raised to the top of the main engine silo through the hoist, and the grain is put into the drying box through the agitating device until it is full.
2. Running:
The elevator is running all the time. When the Paddy reaches the bottom under the action of self-weight, the elevator raises the Paddy to the top and dries slowly from top to bottom
3. Drying:
The hot air passes through the drying layer horizontally. The grain is fully contacted with the drying layer after heating, and achieved drying effect.
