Main Machine description

1) Suction type Chilli destoner

The machine specially design for chilli destoning, uses air suction to remove impurities such as sand, hair and nylon skin mixed with Chili, so that the processed chili are bright and clean

2) Rationing feeding machine

200KG chili can be loaded into hopper of this rationing feeding machine, uniform and full automatic feeding can be done according to the quantity required for the production line. It can save manpower, reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.

3) Vibration Chili Cleaner

Working principle: first use the brush roller to remove the gray soil which is attached to the surface of the raw chili, and then remove the debris, sand and other impurity through the high speed vibration of the vibrating screen and the strong suction produced by the fan.

4) Chili dry cleaner

Chili go through brush roller which made of two sets of brushes, to remove soil which attached to the surface of chili. Main body of Chili dry cleaner made by stainless steel.

5) Chili De-seed machine

First cut the chilli into sections and then separate the seeds from the chilli with strong winds. The separation effect is good, and 98% of chili seeds can be separated, meanwhile this machine can remove impurities such as sand and soil mixed with chili during the process of seed removing.
