DCS-50FT Series Electronic Quantitative Packaging Scale Product Description
1. Scope of application
Quantitative packaging of powder materials in flour, feed, food additives, chemical and other industries.
2. Features
1. Specially designed three-sensor support. This structure eliminates the problems of stress point offset and signal distortion caused by uneven distribution of materials in the weighing hopper.
2. Conveyor manual lifting technology, core components adopt well-known brands, advanced functions, stable and reliable.
3. The specially designed double-pair cage feeding mechanism, combined with the control algorithm of the controller, makes the packaging speed of the scale fast and accurate.
4. High-precision weighing sensor and quantitative controller are adopted. The controller adopts high-performance A/D converter with a conversion rate of 200 times per second and an input sensitivity of 0.5μν/d. The measurement accuracy is high and the stability is good.
5. There is a manual control mode, which can be manually operated to control the feeding and bag loosening mechanisms separately, so as to facilitate the cleaning of agglomerated and blocked materials.
6. It has the function of over-tolerance alarm.
7. The operation is simple, the operator only needs to cover the bag and touch the bag clip switch (or step on the foot switch), and the actions of feeding, bag filling and bag unloading are all completed automatically.
