1. Scope of application
Quantitative packaging of powder materials in flour, feed, food additives, chemical and other industries.
2. Features
a. Weighing instrument + PLC dual-core control technology, efficient weighing calculation method; the number of A/D conversions reaches 240 times per second. Ensure the weighing speed of the equipment, and data acquisition and other functional requirements.
b. The stable three-sensor weighing structure, balanced layout of the weighing cylinder, reasonable force, prolong the service life of the equipment, and will not be disturbed by machine vibration in the workshop. It has high stability and anti-interference ability to ensure the accuracy of various packaging.
c. Friendly man-machine interface, simple and convenient equipment operation, reduce labor intensity, improve the intelligent level of workshop operation, intelligent storage of production reports, data communication function
d. The servo speed control feeding mechanism, the servo control speed, the position accuracy is very accurate, and the weighing action is faster and more accurate. The servo motor realizes cage feeding at three speeds: fast, medium and slow. The cage feeding can achieve better feeding control for powdery and granular materials with general fluidity, accurate control accuracy, and quantitative feeding and packaging.
e. This equipment adopts quantitative packaging without bucket scale.
f. The combination of double-station operation and upper and lower pier bags improves the packing speed and the comfort of sewing bags.
