Product Description of DCS-50ZH Electronic Quantitative Packaging Scale
1. Scope of application
It is suitable for irregular granular materials with general fluidity or a mixture of irregular granular materials and powder.
2. Features
1. The feeding mechanism of the frequency conversion speed regulating conveyor, the power supply frequency of the belt conveyor motor is controlled by the frequency converter, so that the conveyor feeding can continuously feed the material to the packing bag at three flow rates of fast, medium and slow. The mixture of regular granular material or irregular granular material and powder can achieve better feeding control, quantitative feeding and packaging.
2. Adopt high-precision weighing sensor and quantitative controller, the controller adopts high-performance A/D converter, the conversion rate reaches 200 times/second, the input sensitivity is 0.5μν/d, the measurement accuracy is high, and the stability is good;
3. The core components of the conveyor adopt well-known brands, with advanced functions, stable and reliable.
4. There is a manual control mode, which can be manually operated to control the feeding and bag loosening mechanisms, so as to facilitate the cleaning of agglomerated and blocked materials.
5. It has the function of over-tolerance alarm.
6. Designed the adjustment function of the gate material layer gate of the belt conveyor and the slow feeding port with an adjustable application range, which can adapt to materials with different sizes of irregular particles.
7. The operation is simple, the operator only needs to cover the bag and step on the foot switch, and the actions of feeding, filling and unloading are all completed automatically.
