DCS-10ZD2 Electronic Quantitative Packaging Scale Product Description
1. Scope of application
Precise and quantitative small packaging of granular materials in the miscellaneous grain industry such as sorghum, millet, mung bean, adzuki bean, and melon seeds.
2. Features
a. The specially designed airtight working chamber of the cylinder isolates the corrosion and wear of the cylinder from rice flour, dust and water vapor, which greatly prolongs the trouble-free operation time of the equipment.
b. The independent double-cylinder feeding overcomes the difficulty that the sealing ring is easy to wear and tear that has plagued quantitative packaging equipment for many years and cannot be avoided in the application of three-position cylinders.
c. The double feeding mechanism of gravity type and special vibrator is adopted, which greatly improves the packaging accuracy and speed.
d. The new technology of adaptive pneumatic feeding gate automatically selects the feeding mode according to the specifications, so that each specification has a higher feeding speed.
e. Weighing instrument + PLC dual-core control technology, the number of A/D conversions reaches 480 times per second. It ensures the strict requirements of the weighing speed and weighing accuracy of the equipment.
f. The specially designed multi-stage feeding mechanism, combined with the control algorithm of the controller, makes the packaging of the scale fast and accurate.
g. There is a manual control mode, which can be manually operated to control the feeding and bag loosening mechanisms separately, so as to facilitate the cleaning of agglomerated and blocked materials.
h. It has the functions of automatic counting and printing of the number of packages and the quantity of packages.
i. The parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and prolongs the service life of the equipment.
j. It has the function of automatically correcting the drop. Over-tolerance alarm.
k. Standard micro printer, mobile manual lifting conveyor, continuous heat sealing machine, optional plug-in carbon charging device.
