Automated Weighing & Premade Pouch Packaging Solution for Frozen Foods

Frozen shrimp, seafood, fish balls and meat products can be tricky to handle automatically. They may be irregular in shape, fragile, sticky, or carry ice glaze and surface moisture. That is exactly where a well-designed weighing and packaging system makes a difference.

TOUPACK combines a multihead combination weigher with a premade pouch packaging machine to automate the process from feeding and weighing to bag filling and sealing. The system is designed to keep product flow stable while achieving consistent weighing and reliable packaging performance.

For frozen shrimp and other fragile products, the weigher can be configured with anti-breakage hoppers, patterned contact surfaces and optimized feeding structures. These details help reduce product damage, sticking and material buildup during weighing and discharge. Depending on the product, target weight and required output, we can also select different weighing configurations. For sticky or irregular frozen products, screw-type feeding and weighing technology is available to provide more controlled and even material feeding.

On the packaging side, the premade pouch packaging machine takes care of bag feeding, bag opening, product filling, sealing and finished-product discharge automatically. If the application calls for vacuum packaging, a vacuum device can be integrated into the system as an option, helping remove excess air and achieve a cleaner, tighter package.
