Designed for a wide range of applications including dry dog food, cat food, freeze-dried pet treats, soft pet snacks, kibble and other granular pet food products, the multihead weigher uses intelligent combination weighing technology to achieve precise target weights while maintaining high production speed.
The 32 independent weighing hoppers provide more combination possibilities, allowing the system to quickly select the optimal weighing combination for each package. This helps improve weighing accuracy, reduce product giveaway and maintain consistent package quality.
After weighing, products are automatically transferred to the packaging machine for pouch forming, filling and sealing, creating a complete automated pet food packaging line.
