Our industrial-grade graphite gaskets are manufactured using high-purity natural graphite flakes processed through chemical intercalation and high-temperature thermal expansion technology. The expanded graphite forms a loose worm-like microstructure with an ultralow bulk density of around 3 kg/m³, which is then pressed into sheets, rolls, foil, tape or strips without any binder additives. This production route ensures carbon purity above 99.8% and delivers exceptional sealing stability for deep cooling, high vacuum, high temperature and heavy-duty industrial working conditions.
