Product Overview
Oasis 325mm (12 inch, 325mm OD) wedge wire water well screen, also widely known as continuous slot screen, stainless steel wire wrapped screen, Johnson screen and wire wound screen, is professionally manufactured with advanced resistance welding technology. The premium V-shaped profile wires are firmly welded onto sturdy longitudinal support rods integrally, forming continuous, uniform and smooth slot openings across the entire screen pipe surface. This exclusive structural design fundamentally optimizes the overall working performance of the well screen, effectively reducing sediment and impurity clogging during water filtration operation, greatly increasing the effective open area for water inflow, and significantly enhancing both axial tensile strength and radial compression resistance of the screen body. We specially configure welding rings as the standard interface for this 325mm water well screen, ensuring fast, firm, leak-proof and durable on-site installation and connection for various well projects. All slot sizes of the screen are precisely controlled and calibrated, realizing stable and reliable sand control and formation protection for different geological and water well formation conditions.
