Product Description
We provide superior sand retention, high flow area, and extended service life with our gravel prepacked well screens. In addition to standard sizes, we support fully customized diameters (e.g., 456mm) and offer end-to-end technical guidance – from formation analysis to installation. Designed for unconsolidated, high-sand formations common in Africa and the Middle East, our screens are ideal for oil wells, gas wells, deep water wells, geothermal wells, and vertical wells.
The screen consists of three integrated filtration layers:
Base Pipe – Provides mechanical strength to withstand formation pressure.
Uniform Gravel Pack Layer – Graded quartz sand or ceramic particles form a stable bridge to capture fine sand.
Outer Wire-Wrapped Screen (Jacket) – Fully welded stainless steel wire with precise slot openings, resistant to clogging and erosion.
This “base pipe + gravel pack + outer screen” design improves fine sand retention by >30% compared to conventional screens, significantly reducing sand production – ideal for unconsolidated formations and high-sand wells.
