Engineered for extreme downhole working conditions, the Premium Metal Mesh Sand Control Screen stands out for its durable multilayer composite structure and precise graded filtration performance. Different from conventional sand control tubes, this screen adopts an integrated combination of base pipe, inner protective sheath, drainage layer, filter layer and outer protective sleeve, which effectively balances high sand retention rate and stable fluid permeability. It can reliably intercept fine silt and tiny formation particles, solving the common blockage and abrasion problems of traditional screens in complex oil, gas and geothermal wells. With anti-corrosion metal materials and standardized punching process, it realizes long service life and low maintenance cost for downhole operation.
Advantages
Optimized Multilayer Structure: The layered design of base pipe + inner sheath + drainage layer + filter layer enhances pressure resistance and structural stability, avoiding layer separation under high downhole pressure.
Premium Corrosion Resistance: The outer filter and protective components adopt 304, 304L and 316L stainless steel; the base pipe provides multiple steel grade options including J55, K55, N80, P110 and stainless steel SS304, adapting to corrosive formation water and harsh geological environments.
Customizable Filtration & Punching: Equipped with conventional punching apertures (9mm, 11mm, 16mm, 19mm) and diversified filtration precision (150μm-300μm), to meet graded sand control demands of different formation particle sizes.
Universal Thread & Size: Compatible with mainstream oil pipe threads such as EUE, NUE, BTC, STC and LTC; the maximum production length reaches 12 meters for well assembly convenience.
