Due to the vat capacities required for garment washing and the manual labor for distressing, our MOQ typically starts at 100-200 pieces per colorway.
2. Will the distressed holes tear further when washed?
While a slight amount of natural fraying adds to the character over time, we use heavyweight cotton and specific abrasion techniques to ensure the holes do not expand excessively and compromise the garment.
3. Can I control the exact locations of the holes and fading?
Yes. You can provide a map in your tech pack showing exactly where you want light, medium, or heavy distressing, and we will replicate it during the sampling phase.
