1. What is your MOQ for cut and sew garments?
Because cut & sew designs require sourcing multiple fabrics and creating specific patterns, our MOQ typically starts at 100-200 pieces per design. Contact us for an exact quote.
2. Can I change the colors of the sleeves and body?
Absolutely. You have complete control. You can specify any Pantone color for the body, left sleeve, right sleeve, and collar.
3. Is the striped sleeve printed or woven?
We recommend using yarn-dyed woven striped fabric for the best premium feel. However, if you require a very specific, uncommon stripe width, we can rotary print the stripes onto solid fabric before cutting.
4. Why is the cost higher than a standard printed long sleeve?
The complexity of cutting multiple different fabrics, printing them flat before assembly (multi-location screen setups), and the specialized sewing required for mismatched panels significantly increases labor time.
5. How long does production take?
Sample production takes around 10-18 days. Bulk production takes about 25-35 days, depending on the order volume and printing complexity.
6. Can you make custom labels and packaging?
