Note: High cotton content is crucial for the best acid wash results and secure rhinestone adhesion. Final fabric is subject to factory confirmation.
1. What is your MOQ? Our MOQ depends on the exact complexity of the acid wash and rhinestone application process. Please contact us with your tech pack for specific details.
2. Can I order a sample first? Yes. For designs involving complex garment washes and rhinestones, a physical sample is highly recommended to ensure the vintage effect and embellishment durability meet your standards.
3. Can you use my custom size chart? Absolutely. We specialize in custom cuts and can perfectly execute your specific oversized measurements.
4. What affects the final price? Prices are primarily driven by the fabric GSM, the complexity of the wash process, the quantity/quality of rhinestones used, and the total order quantity.
5. How long does production take? Due to the multi-step process (sewing, washing, printing, heat-pressing rhinestones), production takes longer than basic blanks. Exact timelines will be provided upon tech pack review.
