1. What is your MOQ?
Due to the custom cut & sew paneling and specialized washing processes, our MOQ is typically 100 to 200 pieces per colorway. Please contact us to confirm based on your exact details.
2. Can I order a sample first?
Yes, we strongly encourage sample development to ensure the vintage wash effect, the raw edge curl, and the heavyweight fabric feel meet your brand's standards before bulk production.
3. Will the raw edges (Edge Curl) unravel completely over time?
We construct the raw edges to intentionally curl and fray slightly for the grunge look. However, we place a secure safety stitch (hidden) just above the edge to prevent the garment from unravelling structurally.
4. What affects the final price?
The unit cost is influenced by the heavy 260GSM fabric, the additional labor for cut & sew panels, the vintage wash processing fees, and the total order quantity.
5. How long does production take?
Samples usually take 10-15 days due to the specialized sewing and washing steps. Bulk production takes about 25-35 days after you approve the final sample.
6. Can you make custom labels and packaging?
Yes, we provide full private label services including woven neck tags, care labels, custom hang tags, and branded packaging bags.
