• Heating brick temperature control method: Standard configuration: Two-wire embedded far-infrared ceramic heating bricks are used for heating. The heating bricks are 120cm square. The heating power of each heating brick can be independently controlled, and any heating element can be turned off. It is more suitable for the production of complex product. High configuration: using four-wire embedded far-infrared ceramic heating bricks for heating, the heating bricks are 120cm square, and the temperature of each heating brick can be independently controlled. You only need to enter the temperature data of the corresponding heating brick on the screen, which is simple and clear. It's clear at a glance. Moreover, any heating element can be turned off, which is more suitable for the production of complex products. Instant heat super energy-saving type: It is heated by halogen heating tube. After the electric furnace is moved in place, it will automatically turn on when heating is required, and it will automatically turn off when heating is not required. When the machine is in standby mode, it does not heat, which saves energy to the greatest extent, has a fast heating, and the heating tube is easy to repair and replace.
• Pull tab guide rail: aluminum alloy chain guide rail is used, and it is reinforced by stainless steel, which is light in weight and high in strength. No deformation, no corrosion, there is a cooling water channel inside, which can be cooled by cold water machine adopts PLC and touch screen for controlling the mould opening, mould closing, material feeding, steaming, temperature keeping, vacuum cooling, de-molding and ejecting; 
• Automatic leveling function: After the PS foamed board is coated, the foamed board will protrude and deform on the uncoated side due to the cooling and shrinkage of the film. The machine is equipped with a horizontal and vertical automatic leveling mechanism at the discharge point. The laminated foam board is horizontally and longitudinally leveled.
• The function of moving the oven back and forth: the electric furnace oven is automatically moved back and forth to ensure that the plastic sheet is not affected by the preheating of the oven.
• The distance between the guide rails can be adjusted: according to different size modules, or according to the width of the plastic sheet, the distance between the two pull-tab guides can be manually adjusted to meet the production.
• The front and back movement function of the product mold tray: The movement method of placing the foam board tray to be coated is forward and backward movement. When placing the tray, the tray moves to the outside of the machine. The operator can place the foam board outside, and the tray is designed. There is a delayed entry function, the plastic sheet is almost softened by heating and then enters, reducing the deformation caused by the long-term heating of the foam board.
