Product Description:
PO greenhouse film—short for Polyolefin Greenhouse Film—represents a new generation of high-end greenhouse covering material. It is manufactured using a 5-layer (or multi-layer) co-extrusion process combined with the application of a functional coating on the inner surface, utilizing a base material blend of metallocene LLDPE and LDPE.
Unlike traditional PE or EVA films, which incorporate anti-drip agents directly into the plastic resin, PO film features anti-drip and anti-fog functionality within an inner-surface coating. This ensures the functional lifespan matches the overall lifespan of the film, preventing premature loss of performance; consequently, it is the preferred choice for commercial greenhouses growing high-value crops.

1. Long-lasting anti-drip and anti-fog performance
The anti-drip and anti-fog effects persist throughout the film's entire service life (3–5 years). By eliminating fog inside the greenhouse and preventing water droplets from falling onto crops, it significantly reduces fungal diseases such as downy mildew and gray mold, thereby minimizing crop losses.
2. High light transmission + anti-static dust resistance; minimal light transmission decay
Initial light transmission reaches 91–93%. The anti-static surface resists dust accumulation, ensuring high light transmission is maintained even after long-term use.
3. Excellent thermal insulation
Formulated with infrared-blocking thermal additives, the film maintains greenhouse temperatures 2–4°C higher at night compared to standard films. It delivers outstanding results for overwintering crops in cold regions and reduces energy consumption for heating.
4. UV and aging resistance; long service life
Features a multi-layer co-extruded structure combined with imported UV and aging-resistant additives. With a standard thickness of 0.10–0.12 mm, it offers a service life of 3–5 years under normal outdoor conditions.
5. Superior mechanical properties; tear and puncture resistance
Utilizes a metallocene polyolefin base material offering excellent tensile strength and tear resistance. It withstands strong winds and is suitable for large-span solar greenhouses, multi-span greenhouses, and arched greenhouses.
