Product description:
UV-resistant greenhouse film, also known as UV-stabilized aging-resistant greenhouse film, uses five layers of co-extruded resin (LDPE, EVA, PO) as the base material. During production, it incorporates a UV absorber + hindered amine HALS light stabilizer + composite antioxidant system, which can absorb and neutralize harmful ultraviolet rays in sunlight at 280–380nm. It can both delay the aging and cracking of the film itself and block the damage of ultraviolet rays to crops, making it the mainstream functional greenhouse film for facility agriculture.

Advantages:
(I) Weather-resistant and durable film itself.
1. Ultra-long service life.
Standard UV-resistant film lasts 2–3 years; high-end five-layer co-extruded UV-resistant PO/EVA film can last 3–5 years, with significant advantages in high-altitude areas with strong sunlight and southern regions exposed to intense sun.
2. Not prone to yellowing, powdering, or tearing.
Maintains high light transmittance even after long-term exposure to sunlight; tensile and tear strength decreases slowly; resistant to strong winds, hail, and snow impacts, reducing the labor costs of frequent film replacements.
3. Stable under high temperature and humidity.
In greenhouses with summer temperatures exceeding 50℃ and high humidity, UV-resistant additives are not easily leached or lost, ensuring long-lasting weather resistance.
(II) Protective function for crops.
1. Prevents leaf scorch.
Blocks harmful UV-B rays, preventing sunburn, white spots, and premature aging on the leaves of fruits and vegetables; fruit skin remains smooth and free of sunspots.
2. Reduces pests and viral diseases.
Blocking ultraviolet rays can inhibit pest reproduction, reduce the probability of insect-borne virus outbreaks, and reduce pesticide use.
3. Stabilize the photosynthetic environment. It only blocks harmful ultraviolet rays, maintaining visible light transmittance at 88%–92%; when paired with a diffuser, it provides uniform, soft light without localized high-temperature light spots, resulting in uniform crop growth, even coloring, and increased sugar content.

1. Fruit and Vegetable Greenhouses.
Sunlight greenhouses, arched greenhouses, and multi-span greenhouses: Ideal for tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, strawberries, grapes, watermelons, melons, and other fruits and vegetables. A top choice for high-light production areas and open-air greenhouses, preventing sunburn and improving quality and yield.
2. Flower and Seedling Greenhouses.
Rose, lily, orchid, succulent, vegetable seedlings, and fruit tree seedlings; seedlings are delicate and intolerant of strong ultraviolet radiation. UV-resistant film reduces seedling mortality and weakness, shortening the seedling cycle.
3. Greenhouses for Special Economic Crops.
Edible mushroom greenhouses (black and white UV-resistant film): Double-layered UV blocking, light-shielding and temperature-controlled, suitable for shiitake and oyster mushrooms.
Medicinal herb cultivation: For shade-loving medicinal herbs such as ginseng, notoginseng, and dendrobium, preventing UV burn to the plants.
