Product description:
Agricultural perforated mulch film (pre-perforated mulch film) is a functional mulch film made of LDPE/LLDPE polyethylene as raw material. It is produced by mechanical stamping and laser pre-perforation process, and regular planting round holes/micro holes are pre-processed on the film surface according to the fixed plant and row spacing of crops.

Advantages:
1. Labor-saving and compatible with mechanized planting.
Precisely pre-drilled holes at the factory allow for direct planting after mulching, eliminating the need for manual mulching and hole-drilling. The uniform hole positions are compatible with integrated mulching and seeding machines, significantly improving field efficiency.
2. Breathable and permeable, preventing root rot and seedling decay.
Ordinary fully enclosed mulch films accumulate water under the film after rain, leading to soil oxygen deficiency, root rot, and increased disease incidence. Pre-drilled holes provide ventilation and water permeability channels, reducing the risk of root rot and premature aging, with significant advantages in hot and humid areas.
3. Higher film integrity and longer service life.
Manual hole drilling on-site easily tears the film, causing large-area damage and light and moisture leakage. Factory-standard perforation ensures smooth edges, preventing further cracking and providing more stable water retention and temperature control. The anti-aging formula meets the needs of planting throughout the season.
4. Customizable to suit different crops.
The aperture, row spacing, width, thickness, and color can all be customized: leafy vegetables with small, densely packed holes, melons and fruits with large, sparsely planted holes, dryland crops with micro-perforated holes for ventilation, and greenhouse-specific silver-black perforated film, suitable for various cultivation modes.
Product Application:
(I) Major Field Crops.
1. Cotton: The main type of mulch film used for cotton planting and harvesting. Wide-width pre-perforated mulch film is used with precision sowing machinery, achieving a field coverage rate of over 90%.
2. Corn, Potato, Sweet Potato: Perforated mulch film is used to retain water and allow for air circulation, preventing tuber rot.
3. Peanuts, Soybeans: Perforated mulch film is used specifically for ridge cultivation, facilitating pegging and root respiration.
(II) Fruits and Vegetables.
Strawberries, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, watermelons, cantaloupes, garlic, onions, cabbage, lettuce, etc., are grown in open fields, greenhouses, and arched tunnels. Silver-black perforated mulch film is mainly used for strawberries, blueberries, and tomatoes to improve quality and prevent pests.
(III) Specialty Planting.
1. Traditional Chinese Medicine: Codonopsis pilosula, Scutellaria baicalensis, Salvia miltiorrhiza, etc., are grown in ridge cultivation and transplanted.
