Product description:
Using LLDPE and metallocene PE as base materials, the five-layer co-extrusion unit is used for synchronous extrusion and composite molding. It adopts an ABCBA layered structure: an outer layer that is UV resistant and dustproof, a middle reinforcing skeleton, a heat-insulating infrared barrier layer, an adhesive transition layer, and an inner layer that is long-lasting anti-drip and anti-fogging. Each layer is independently added with exclusive additives to avoid mutual cancellation of functional additives. The film is blow-molded and cooled in one piece to produce a polyethylene film for agricultural greenhouses.

Advantages:
1. Doubled Strength: The middle layer features a metallocene framework, providing puncture resistance, wind resistance, and resistance to hail and snow accumulation. Tensile strength is over 40% higher than three-layer films.
2. Long-lasting Aging Resistance: The outer layer contains a high content of UV stabilizers, allowing for 3-5 years of outdoor use. Light transmission decays slowly, and it is less prone to powdering and cracking.
3. Strong Heat Insulation: The middle infrared barrier layer locks in nighttime heat, resulting in smaller temperature differences in low-temperature greenhouses and a significant advantage for overwintering cultivation.
4. Long-lasting Anti-drip and Anti-fogging: Anti-drip agents are placed separately in the inner layer, preventing leaching and loss. It provides 1-3 years of continuous drip-free and fog-free conditions, reducing fungal diseases in fruits and vegetables.
5. High Light Transmittance and Diffuse Scattering: Soft light that does not scorch leaves, ensuring uniform light distribution throughout the greenhouse, improving photosynthesis and fruit coloring.
6. Low Adsorption and Dust Prevention: The outer layer's antistatic formula prevents dust accumulation, maintaining high light transmittance over the long term and reducing manual cleaning costs.
7. No interference between additives: Layered isolation of weather-resistant, drip-proof, and heat-insulating additives, solving the problems of additive conflicts and rapid performance degradation in single-layer/triple-layer films.
