Product description:
The green-white film is a double-layer, two-color co-extruded functional shading film. The standard installation method is: an outer white layer and an inner green layer, using a five-layer PE co-extrusion process, and incorporating UV anti-aging, light-scattering, and light-blocking heat-insulating masterbatches.
The white surface layer is highly reflective and provides heat insulation, while the green inner layer filters strong light and creates uniform diffused light. Light transmittance can be customized (10%~80%), with high-blocking versions reaching 90%. It integrates shading, cooling, light control, weed suppression, and moisture retention, replacing the traditional double-layer shading net + transparent film solution. It is a dedicated film for edible fungi, shade-loving crops, and summer seedling cultivation.

Advantages:
1. Strong reflective and cooling effect.
The white outer layer reflects infrared rays and strong light, resulting in a greenhouse temperature 3-6℃ lower than ordinary transparent film. No additional shade netting is needed in areas with strong sunlight, saving materials and labor.
2. The green inner layer creates soft, diffused light.
It filters harsh direct sunlight and blocks some ultraviolet rays, creating uniform light without bright or dark spots inside the greenhouse; suitable for crops that dislike strong light, preventing leaf and fungal scorching.
3. Shading and weed suppression, reducing management costs.
High-shading models block ground sunlight, inhibiting weed germination, significantly reducing herbicide use and weeding labor, and concentrating water and fertilizer supply to crops.
4. Anti-aging and durable with a long service life.
Added long-lasting UV-resistant additives prevent cracking and powdering under direct sunlight. It has a normal service life of 3-35 years, good toughness, and is not easily damaged by wind.
Product Application:
1. Mushroom Greenhouses.
Mushrooms such as shiitake, oyster, morels, wood ear, and enoki require only weak, diffused light. Using green-white film reduces deformed mushrooms, promotes thicker mushroom bodies, and stabilizes yield, making it the standard greenhouse film for mushroom farms.
2. Medicinal Herb Cultivation Greenhouses.
Medicinal herbs such as Panax notoginseng, ginseng, Polygonatum sibiricum, Paris polyphylla, and Dendrobium nobile are susceptible to leaf scorching and yield reduction under strong light. Green-white film perfectly meets their need for shaded growth.
3. Summer Vegetable and Seedling Greenhouses.
Seedlings of fruits, vegetables, and flowers have poor heat tolerance. Green-white film provides gentle, diffused light, preventing scorching and promoting uniform germination and a high rate of robust seedlings.
