Product description:
Silage Film is a high-performance agricultural stretch film specifically designed for preserving forage crops such as corn, grass, alfalfa, hay, and other silage materials. It is manufactured from 100% virgin Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) using advanced 5-layer or 7-layer co-extrusion blown film technology, providing excellent stretchability, puncture resistance, UV protection, and airtight sealing.
During the silage wrapping process, the film tightly encloses forage bales, creating an oxygen-free (anaerobic) environment that promotes natural lactic acid fermentation. This process preserves the nutritional value, moisture, and freshness of the forage while preventing spoilage caused by air, water, and harmful microorganisms.
Silage Film is widely used in dairy farms, livestock farms, commercial forage production, and modern agricultural operations, helping farmers improve feed quality, reduce storage losses, and ensure a reliable supply of high-quality feed throughout the year.
