Flame Retardant Greenhouse Film is a specialized agricultural covering film engineered to improve fire safety in greenhouse environments while maintaining the excellent optical and mechanical properties required for modern crop cultivation. It is manufactured from 100% virgin PE, EVA, or PO resins using advanced 5-layer or 7-layer co-extrusion blown film technology and incorporates high-performance flame-retardant additives.
Unlike conventional greenhouse films, flame retardant greenhouse film is designed to slow the spread of flames and reduce fire hazards when exposed to ignition sources. While it is not completely fireproof, it offers valuable extra protection by delaying flame propagation and helping improve greenhouse safety.
In addition to its fire-retardant performance, the film also provides high light transmission, UV protection, weather resistance, thermal insulation, and excellent mechanical strength, making it an ideal covering material for commercial greenhouses, horticultural facilities, and agricultural projects where fire safety is an important consideration.
